Here it is, the first hotel under the ground in the world. That five-stars hotel is designed by ReardonSmith architect firm in order to development Hersham Golf Club in Surrey, London. That luxury hotel will be the Green Belt London with guest rooms capacity reach more than 200 rooms which located in the underground, all existing hotel scheme will be covered with a green roof that taken from the soil environment.

In addition to that five-star hotel building, was also added plants and parking space for a more eco-friendly than the existing hotel today. It was said by Matthew Guy, ReardonSmith project designer. Guy added that the hotel concept is used exclusively for hotels, spa, and golf facilities in one magnificent architecture and composition of organic at the top and bottom of the hotel.
